团队科研成果简介
本研究团队先后承担了国家863、973、重大专项、自然科学基金等40多个项目,在团队成员努力下以及广大工厂企业横向课题支持下,在发酵工程研究过程中先后四次获国家科技进步二等奖,10次省部级科技进步奖。形成的理论、方法与技术广泛应用于生物产品的工艺优化、工程设计和新产品开发,推进了我国生物医药产业化发展。
细胞培养与代谢工程研究中心(庄英萍教授团队)是隶属于生物反应器工程国家重点实验室研究团队。该研究团队长期致力于生物技术产业化的共性和关键技术研究,为推进我国生物技术的产业化提供技术支撑。
研究团队自1997年成立后,发挥多学科交叉优势,针对生物技术产业化中的科学问题开展基础研究,着重解决共性和关键技术问题,逐渐形成了“工艺、工程、装备一体化”的生物产品开发技术路线。先后与几十个企业或研究单位建立了合作关系,培养了大批急需技术人才。
研究团队在生物技术产业化的共性和关键技术,如发酵过程优化与放大、生物过程在线传感技术与计算机控制、生物反应器装备研制、动物细胞培养、植物细胞培养、“三废”处理技术等,取得了重大突破,并在生物领域广泛应用。
Our research team is subordinated to the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering, National Engineering Research Center for Biotechnology (Shanghai) . We are devoted to the solution strategy of common and key problems encountered in the industrialization of biotechnology since 1997, hence, has been promoting to set up a technical supporting system for biotechnology industrialization, resulting in the sustainable progress of national biotechnology industry.
Based on the fundamental scientific research, Our research team has developed a mature technical solution for product improvement integrated with capability of technology, engineering and installation by taking advantage of multi-discipline technologies. Friendly cooperation has been built up between us and tens of enterprises and research institutes, which led to not only the significant elevation of their production levels, but also the successful training of a number of technicians for these enterprises.
Several breakthrough achievements have been gained on optimization and scale-up of bioprocess, on-line sensing, monitoring and data processing technologies, animal and plant cell cultivation,product purification and the treatment of waste gas, water and industrial residue. as well as the development and manufacturing of bio-equipments.
研究团队近10年来,先后与国际著名大公司(如DSM集团、韩国CJ公司)、国外院校(如荷兰Delft理工大学、英国Strathclyde大学、澳大利亚Adelaide大学等)进行技术合作,形成了独特的生物技术研发体系。
